Examine early alliances between the Lenape and European settlers under William Penn. This presentation explores diplomacy, shared land use, and how colonial expansion led to the displacement of Indigenous communities.

Presenter: Ellen Endslow, Director of Collections and Curator at the Chester County History Center in West Chester, PA. In this role, Endslow oversees museum collections, the library, and photo archives, and contributes to public programs and research initiatives that interpret regional history.
