Join us as we open the 2026 season at the Mill at Anselma with a full day of living history demonstrations. The celebration includes a special ribbon cutting for our new Chicken Coop Display, blacksmith demonstrations, full mill operations, and traditional bread baking. Enjoy live music by the Blue Belles as you explore our 18th-century grist mill and learn how grain was transformed into flour using historic water-powered technology.
